The answers to the questions provide us with the information that we need to prepare your divorce documents.  Feel free to answer the questions at your own pace - your form will be saved in our system so if you find it necessary to stop in the process you can continue with the questionnaire at another time that you find is conveinent for you.  If you need assistance, our knowledgeable and friendly support team is here to help.

  3. Prepare your court-specific divorce documents 

    Our specialists then review your answers for consistency and completeness, and unless necessary information is missing we will proceed to prepare your divorce documents from the information provided in your interview. Your divorce documents are guaranteed to be emailed to you within 3-5 business days. Or if you need the documents sooner, for a fee of $25.00, we can have your documents to you within 24 hours.
